The Shamoma Renewable Energy Educational Society (SREE Society) is a non-profit organization of Shamoma Power Group. The society is established for providing quality solar training with nominal fees to the unemployed youth under the affiliation of Electronic Sector skill Council(ESSCI)of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) a central Government controlled corporation. This power group is established in the visionary leadership of Sri.Khasim Shaik after his post retirement in Telecom sector as a Divisional Engineer. The group has successfully executed many Off-Grid and Grid –tied solar projects in both Government and private sectors.

The main strength of SREE Society is, it is a Member of Shamoma power group, which is a leading power group in Solar energy Industry. The group has a clear vision towards the skill development to cater the self needs as well as solar industry needs. The marathon experience of the Managing Director is a boon for the training institute. The power group had already commissioned many solar power project installations besides solar water heater projects with various capacities along with service of the hundreds of solar systems.
The Shamoma Power Group has Tie-up with world class solar equipment manufacturers for supply of the solar components. The EMMVEE solar, Exide Industries, Navsemi Technologies, Supreme solar, Locozo technologies etc are some of our business partners. The trained students can be employed in our group and balance may be referred to our business partners for placement.
A sound practical real time training on solar system Installation & commissioning will be given to the trainees, so that they can readily handle the sites in various companies without further training.
The strong technological & Financial background is the base of the group. It is the capacity & patience of the students to learn new skills as we have no limit to give best training to the students.
The Shamoma Power Group has entered in solar power plants erection & commissioning work. It has already provided solar systems for camp offices of BHEL & TATA company contractors as there is no grid power at present in Kadiri solar park of AP. Negotiations are in progress for MW range erection works with various companies. This provides a good opportunity to the trainees to participate in MW range solar power plant erection work.
